About the role

Agile Collective specialises in web design, development and support for purpose-driven organisations.

We are looking for someone to join our team and help us to grow our design capacity. We're open to people with a whole range of experience and can adapt the role to suit people at different stages of their design career.

Agile Collective is also a worker co-operative, which means that we are fully owned and managed by our workers. Our ideal candidate will aspire to become a member of the co-operative. You can view the benefits and ways of working at Agile Collective in our handbook.

What you might find yourself doing:

carrying out UX and visual design work on projects (taking on a slightly different role depending on what's needed)
working in the Support Circle to deal with small-mid size feature requests from clients
applying Design Thinking to a range of problems (strategy, content, functionality)
researching a design challenge and making evidence-based design decisions
creating interactive visual designs / prototypes using Figma or similar
questioning design assumptions made by clients and understanding their needs and feedback
supporting with pitches to new clients and agreeing design briefs
facilitating workshops and potentially sketching in real-time with clients
