The core team and stewards circle sits at the heart of the network, and is responsible for the strategic direction of Catalyst. They bring coherence and overview - weaving the work and insights from the other groups across the network. It currently consists of:

• Ellie Hale, Catalyst Producer
• Debby Mulling, Strategic Partnerships Manager
• Cat Ainsworth, Catalyst Steward and co-founder of DOT PROJECT
• Dan Sutch, Catalyst Steward and co-founder of CAST
• Nick Stanhope, Catalyst Steward and co-founder of Shift
• Tess Cooper, Catalyst Steward and founder of Collaborative Future.

Catalyst’s comms, internal operations, finance and board-level governance are currently provided by its incubating organisation, CAST, and you’ll work closely with these team members until at least March 2022:

• Gilly Challnor, Head of Network Delivery
• Kerensa Jennings, Trustee
• Sonya Hayden, Senior Communications Manager
• Head of Finance (currently being recruited)

The Initiative Leads circle is made up of eight partners from charities and digital agencies. They are collectively responsible for ensuring continuation and momentum of existing Catalyst services for the next 12 months, while we transition. In addition to the stewards and CAST support roles, this group currently includes:

• John Fitzgerald, Digital Evolution Manager, SCVO
• Rebecca Rae-Evans, Founder, We are Reply / co-CDO, Snook
